All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium non-alcoholic beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially during the high season (May–September). For corporate functions and private events, booking 4–6 weeks prior helps ensure better availability and provides time to tailor your experience.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Our top concern is your safety. Should the weather be considered unsafe by our captain, we will suggest rescheduling your trip to an alternate day or provide a full rebate. We constantly monitor meteorological conditions and will get in touch with you 24 hours before your trip if any weather issues are anticipated.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own dining items and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. That said, we also provide superb dining services and can personalize your menu selections. For safety reasons, glassware is not permitted on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to make sure all guests can enjoy their experience. Some of our yachts are equipped with better features for accessibility than others. To address individual requirements, we ask that you reach out to us when booking so we can direct you to the most accessible yacht and make necessary preparations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours or more before departure, you'll get a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is provided for cancellations within 24 hours, except if the cause is related to weather or mechanical issues from our side.
