3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

  • Be of minimum age 18 years
  • Supply accurate and complete details
  • Submit the necessary deposit as indicated in your booking acknowledgment
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received the payment and provided you with a written confirmation. Service can be declined to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter reservations are subject to the availability of the yacht and favorable weather conditions. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your preferred schedule.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are offered in £ and include all applicable levies unless noted otherwise. Pricing is subject to variation without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Required is 50% of the total charter fee at the time of reservation
  • Balance: To be paid 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
  • Supplementary costs (if applicable): To be settled upon the charter's completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accommodate major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With more than 72 hours prior to departure: A full refund minus transaction charges
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: A 50% refund
  • Within 24 hours prior to departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the event the captain deems the weather unsafe, options include:

  • Rescheduling your charter without additional charges to the next open date
  • Issuing a complete refund when rescheduling is unattainable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If your designated vessel encounters mechanical issues, our aim will be to arrange an appropriate substitute. A full reimbursement will be offered if a suitable alternative is unavailable.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Use necessary safety gear when needed
  • Inform of any health conditions that could impact their security
  • Remain in areas of the yacht designated for passengers

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are prohibited on the yacht:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive quantities of beverages beyond modest consumption

6.3 Conduct

Guest behavior should be respectful at all times. A journey may be terminated abruptly without a refund if the actions of any passenger present a danger to safety or disrupt the pleasurable experience for others.
